I am just stupefied a short while ago driving on Rd 30,just after crossing 4th ring rd bridge i slowed down as i know there’s a camera.Other cars passed and overtook me at a speed of more or less 100kph.No flash.But as approached nearer at less than those cars passing me,a Flash!Can anyone tell me why?Thanks
