I so want this keyboard, website
I can see it now in my 4 monitor computer station, with the over head projector showing eyecandy just on top of that.
mmm…brb bathroom….
nerd
WTF! $499 for a keyboard where you could get one here in kuwait for $3! Just get two and connect both after breaking one half of each!
I am trying to justify purchasing a 24″ monitor .. and you are trying to get a 500$ keyboard. It doesnt even have arabic, and the chair is ugly.
Hush I am dreaming big and it doesnt cost me anything. Also I would have to buy a special chair for it and its not wireless so I have to actually deal with cables instead of roam around the room.
But either way in my dream of 4 monitor setup with the overhead projector that keyboard+chair is amazing.
Rami, make me one. -p
K, seriously a 24″ monitor? Unless you doing Autocad, or some other hard core design program or video editing, but even then its overkill.
Acutally, Audio/Video Editing…. I am thinking about getting another 21″ and the 24″ widescreen.
I remember a guy I know talking about his brother’s chair at his workplace. He described it just like that. I wonder if that’s what he’s talking about. The only problem with that is that you’d have to comPLETEly retrain yourself to use it and it would be training useful ONLY when you’re at home on that system. I’m already annoyed sometimes having to switch between my laptop’s keyboard and the ergo one on my desktop.
And there’s nothing wrong with pipe dreams. Wanting a $500 keyboard will make it feel like more of a sensible compromise when you buy a $300 one. :p
I know my home row keys, so shouldn’t be that bad of a learning curve. I know what you mean about switch, I got a the bluetooth wireless keboard & mouse for my pbook for at home when its sitting on the iCurve which really makes things easier.
But switching from OSX to Windows on a daily basis is annoying, I really feel at home with my Mac even though I use it less comared to the PC. It just works right.
How about the Kinesis Advantage? Doesn’t have the touchpads, but the keys are arranged in a cupped formation, rather than flat.
